Why Use Hypnosis to Lose Weight & Change Your Brain
The results of a research study, published last week in Nature Obesity (click here) online, has shown that as your weight goes up the function of your prefrontal cortex (the most human thoughtful part of the brain) goes down.
For this study, theresearch team used brain SPECT imaging to see the effects of weight on brain function in a healthy population.
The takeaway from this study : If you do not get control of your weight, you may end up with poorer and poorer judgment, making it harder and harder to make good decisions to get healthy.
